Structural Renovations at Hampton Greens: Building CC

Project Overview

Ridgeform Construction completed structural renovations that included foundation repairs at the building corner and beneath the living room, along with reframing the floor structures and the sliding glass door opening. The exterior deck framing was replaced to ensure proper slope for drainage, and all affected siding, trim, and finishes were restored, while the walkway and stairway was demolished and rebuilt.
